Payment Policy
Quotes and payments for a defined writing project. Updated October 6, 2026.
Currency and total
Prices are in Canadian dollars and are starting prices for the listed scope. Applicable taxes are extra. The written quote shows the work, fees, taxes and total before acceptance. The final amount depends on the volume, complexity and condition of your materials. An enquiry and scope proposal do not create a charge.
Payment schedule
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, 50% is due when the project is confirmed and 50% when the delivery is approved, before final files are released. The quote specifies amounts, due dates and billing details.
How payment is arranged
Payment is by bank transfer using instructions supplied with the accepted quote or invoice. These pages do not process payments or collect card details. Do not put card information, banking credentials or passwords in the enquiry form.
Additional work and overdue amounts
Additional work is quoted and approved before it begins. If a pending payment affects the agreed schedule, we will discuss how to proceed. There are no subscriptions, automatic renewals or website-initiated recurring charges.
