Terms for company-narrative and brand-message writing projects. Updated October 6, 2026.
Service and scope
Lixtyn drafts and edits English company narratives, brand messages, voice notes and agreed adaptations using your source material. The written quote defines deliverables, word limits, references, revision rounds, fees, applicable taxes and schedule. Design, publishing, market research, translation and trademark checks are excluded.
Agreeing to a project
An enquiry does not create a contract or charge. Before you accept, we provide the service provider identification, project scope, total price and payment terms in writing. Work starts after acceptance, the agreed initial payment and receipt of the required materials.
Materials and factual approval
You must have the rights or permission to share and use the materials you provide. Your team confirms dates, claims, quotations, permissions and factual accuracy. We identify gaps and inconsistencies without inventing facts. Do not provide unnecessary personal or sensitive information. Project materials are used to complete the work and are not published as samples without your permission.
Feedback and changes
One revision round means consolidated feedback on the full set within the agreed direction. New audiences, more deliverables, additional source material or a different narrative direction may change the scope. We agree on any additional fee and schedule before working on the change. Delayed materials or approvals may require a revised schedule.
Delivery and use
Text is delivered in an editable document and reading PDF. After full payment, you may use and adapt it for the agreed purposes. Rights in third-party material remain with its owners. Your team approves final facts and decides how to publish the text. We do not guarantee sales, audience response, media coverage or another business result.
Payment, cancellation and concerns
Read the Payment Policy and Refund Policy. Email [email protected] with the project reference for a concern. These terms do not remove any rights or remedies that apply under Canadian or provincial law, including consumer rights where applicable.
